Error

You might be trying to approve Bookings that are not in same Route status. This is applicable for both Line and PCL categories.

Select Bookings that have same Route status.

100048-Please select either those Booking(s) which have voyage(s) or those Booking(s) which do not have voyages.

Error

You might be trying to approve PCL Legs of a set of Bookings for which some have Voyage and some do not.

This error is applicable only for PCL category.

Select Bookings that either have Voyage or not at all.

100048-Please select Bookings which have same Load & Discharge Port.

You might be trying to approve PCL Legs of set of Bookings that have different Load-Discharge Port combinations.

This error is applicable only for PCL category.

Select Bookings that have same Load-Discharge Port combination.

300009: <Booking To date>should be later than or same as <Booking From Date>.

Error

You might have entered a Booking From date that is later than the Booking To date during search for Line/PCL approval.

Enter the Booking From date that is earlier than or on the Booking To date and then search Bookings for approval.

300113: <Name of the port> Port has been deleted from associated voyage of route seq. <Sequence Number>. Please update route information.

Error

During Booking creation or update, if any port name has got deleted and that port is used in route.

Update the Booking route information.

300078: TA should be earlier than or same as the next loading date <Arrival Date> for <Booking Number>.

Error

During Route approval, if ETA of the previous leg is later than the ETA of next leg in Route panel of the Booking.

Make sure you select the ETA of the previous leg earlier than the ETA of next leg while creating the Booking Route.

300079: TD should be later than or same as the previous discharge date <Departure Date> for Booking No. <Booking Number>.

During leg approval, if ETA of the previous leg is later than the ETA of the next leg in the Booking Route.

Modify the route and then proceed to approve the leg.

300094: Please refresh the data and select again. The following Booking : <Booking Number> has been changed during approval.

If Booking has been updated during the mass approval process, PCC.NET restricts mass approval for those Bookings.

Refresh the search and select the Bookings again for approval.

300124: Validation errors exist for booking(s): <Booking Number(s)>. Please Update the booking(s) to correct errors before approval.

Error

This message appears when you select multiple Bookings' routes for mass leg approval and PCC.NET encounters validation error for any of the Bookings.

Modify the Booking Routes and then try to approve the Booking(s).
