Below is a list of common Error messages that you may come across when using the Search Booking (OPBKW01) screen and some possible solutions.
If an error is encountered when performing an action on multiple records:
Click the MoreMore link at the right of the error message to view a list of the records that have the error.

Click the LessLess link to collapse the list.

Error |
The From Location (LP) of the first leg does not match with the Load Port in the Route. |
Enter same port as the From Location (LP) of the first leg and the Load Port in the Route. |

300013: At least one LINE(s) leg must be entered. |
Error |
No leg has been added in the Route during saving the Booking or Booking Rollover. It is not applicable for Draft status. |
Enter at least one leg in the Booking route before you save it in any status (other than Draft). |

300043: Mail List is not properly updated. |
Error |
This message appears if the Mail List is not properly updated while cancelling or declining a Booking. |
Enter proper e-mail information in the E-mail List to intimate the recipients about the Booking cancellation. |

300044: Please select one Booking at a time to create BL. |
Error |
You might have selected multiple Bookings at once to create B/L. |
Select only one Booking to create the B/L. |
|
300045: B/L cannot be created from <Booking Status> booking. |
Error |
Possibly, you are trying to create a B/L from a Booking that is not Reconciled and Accepted. |
Select a Booking that is either in Accepted or Reconciled status to create the B/L. |

300046: Cannot do ROLLOVER for the following bookings <Booking Numbers> |
Error |
You might be trying to rollover a Booking in Cancelled, Draft, Declined, Space Checking Booking status. |
You cannot Rollover if the Booking is in the Cancelled, Draft, Declined, Space Checking Booking status. You need to update the status to any other status first and then perform the Rollover. |

300047: Cannot cancel the bookings which are already cancelled or declined. |

You might be trying to cancel Bookings that are already cancelled or declined. |
You cannot cancel the Bookings that are already cancelled or declined. |

300048: Only bookings which are in REQUESTED status can be declined. Please select the proper bookings. |

You might be trying to decline Bookings that are not in Requested status. |
You cannot decline the Bookings if they are in any status other than Requested. |

300049: At least one Email Id required. |

You have not entered any e-mail ID. |
Enter the e-mail ID of the recipient for sending the e-mail notification. |

300050: Booking No. <Booking Number> will not be exported. Do you want to Continue? |

You might be trying to export a Booking having status Declined, Canceled or Draft. |
To export the Booking, you need to update the Booking in the appropriate status. |

300065: To open mass rollover screen minimum search criteria should be Vessel/Voyage/Line |
Error |
You want to mass rollover a Booking but have not entered vessel, voyage, line information as search criteria. |
To perform mass rollover, you must enter vessel,voyage, line information as search criteria. |

300069: ETD of first port must be between contract’s effective and expiry dates. |
Error |
ETD of the first Load port does not belong to the range of associated Contract's effective and expiry dates during Booking rollover. |
During Booking Creation or Update, make sure the Booking's ETD falls within the Contract's validity period. |

300070: At least one BL need to be created to Reconcile the booking : <Booking Number> |
Error |
The Booking you want to reconcile has no active BL. |
You must create the Bill of Lading for the Booking first and then try to reconcile it. |

300071: All BLs must be completed to Reconcile the booking: <Booking Number>. |
Error |
The Booking you want to reconcile is associated with BL(s) that is/are not completed. |
Complete all the corresponding B/Ls and then reconcile the Booking. |
|
300072: You cannot Reconcile the booking: <Booking Number>. To reconcile, the booking must be in ACCEPTED status. |

The Booking you are trying to reconcile is not in the Accepted status. |
First complete the Booking and update its status as Accepted. Then try to reconcile. |

300074: Booking : <Booking Number> already in <Declined/Cancelled> status. You cannot <decline/cancel> the booking. |

You are trying to decline/cancel the Booking which already has been declined/cancelled. |
You cannot decline/cancel a Booking which already has been declined/cancelled. |

300075: Booking : <Booking Number> already has BL. |

You are trying to cancel a Booking for which active B/L exists. |
You cannot cancel a Booking which has an active B/L associated with it. |

300101: Declined, Canceled, or Draft booking will not be considered for export to MOLCAPS. |

You might be trying to export data for MOLCAPS from Booking Search screen for Bookings that may be in the Declined, Canceled, Draft status. |
You cannot export data for Declined, Canceled, Draft Bookings. To export data of a particular Booking, update the appropriate status first. |

300104: Rollover is in progress for this Set. |
Error |
You are trying to resubmit for rollover when the rollover job is already in progress for this set. |
Wait for the rollover status to turn Complete and then rollover again, if necessary. You can track the rollover status in the Job Monitoring - Online (SYJMW01) screen. To view the status of Booking Rollover in the Job Monitoring screen, Monitoring Job role and View Job Monitoring system action privilege are required. |

300111: Cannot cancel the booking No(s) : <Booking Numbers > because active BL exists on the booking(s). |

You are trying to cancel a Booking with active B/L from Booking Search screen. |
You cannot cancel a Booking with active B/L. |
|
300113: <Name of the port> Port has been deleted from associated voyage of route seq. <Sequence Number>. Please update route information. |
Error |
During Booking creation or update, if any port name has got deleted and that port is used in route. |
Update the Booking route information. |
|
300131 : Cannot decline the booking No(s) : <Booking No(s)> because active BL(s) exists for the booking(s). |
Error |
If you try to decline any booking(s) which has active BL. |
The Booking(s) which has any active BL associated cannot be declined. |
