This help system is designed to help you easily find information and
to navigate quickly. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with
the online help layout and formatting.

Navigation
Pane...The Online Help is divided into two main sections:
Left pane: The
navigation pane appears on the left side of the window and
displays four tabs: Contents, Index, Search, and Glossary.
These tabs are the core navigational features of the Online
Help.
Right pane:
A topic on the right displays the actual Online Help topics.

The
Table of Contents tab is displayed by default. This tab provides
a listing of available Help topics. When you click a closed book,
it opens to display its topics. The topics are arranged as per
the menu items available in the PCC.NET application. Click a topic
to view it in the right-hand pane. |

The
Index tab displays the index entries. To search a keyword, you
can type the first few letters of the keyword in the text box
or scroll the list to locate a keyword. Click the keyword to display
the corresponding Help topic in the right-hand pane. |

Use
the Search tab to search for a specific term appearing in all
the topics of the Online Help. Unlike the Index, which lists author-defined
keywords, Search lists words used within the topics. Type a keyword
in the text box and click the Submit button. You can:
The Search tab displays a list of all the
topics in the Online Help that contain the word or phrase you
entered. The topics are displayed in order of relevance. Double-click
a topic in the list to display the corresponding Help topic in
the right-hand pane, with each word in the search string highlighted.
Notes:
To remove highlighting,
clear the Highlight search results check box.
The search string
is not case-sensitive.

Use
the Glossary tab to find a definition of a term. The Glossary
provides a list of terms and definitions specific to the Online
Help. |
Navigating
between topics |
Show |
Show full help system: When a topic is
first opened from a PCC.NET screen, it appears in a window with
a single pane showing only the topic.
Click Show
in the upper left corner to display the button bar at the top
and the table of contents at the left. The left pane changes according
to what you click in the button bar. |

Back and Forward:
Appears at the top-left of all topics. Click the
button to view the previously visited help topic. Each click takes
you back one step. You can go forward again by clicking the button.
Each click moves you forward until you have reached the last page
you visited. |
Return |
Return link: Appears at the bottom-right
of some topics. Click the link to return back to the last visited
help topic. |

Related Topics: Appears at the
bottom-left of some topics. Click on the button and select the
topic to which you want to jump. |
Navigating
within topics |
Green text |
Expanded text: Click to display
a definition that expands inline with the rest of the paragraph. |
Underscore
text |
Link: Click underscored text
to jump to the respective topic. Click
on the Back
button to return to the previous topic. To return back, click
the breadcrumb link on top or the Return link at the bottom. If
you are lost, click the Show
link and access the topic from the TOC structure. Links
in the header of a topic, called breadcrumbs, link to the particular
topic or the first topic in the table of contents within the particular
book.
The Back button of the browser window
that helps in returning to the previous topic, is blocked due
to security reasons.
Clicking the underscored text preceded by
a plus sign, will display a
drop-down text and a
blue text preceded by a minus sign
will hide the drop-down text
below it. |

Expand/collapse drop-down text:
Click the underlined text following the twisty to display or hide
drop-down text. |
